Refund/Return Policy

If you would like to return a product purchased it must be returned within 30 days and in its original packaged condition. A restocking or repacking fee may apply at 15% of the retail price of each item requiring repacking and or restocking. Your purchase will be refunded after approval by credit card used in the transaction. Your refund cannot be done through another credit card. We reserve the right to request a proof of damages claim in the event that this is the reason for your return. You may return your purchase by mail with a signature requirement for receipt to the returned location. We cannot be responsible for lost items for return shipping thus a receipt signature is required. All returns should be return to:

NOTE: an authorization number from timpano.ca and/or bridalseries.com for any or all returns must be obtained by emailing timpanoshows@rogers.com . All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender of the returning product (s). If the error is that of timpano.ca/bridalseries.com we will refund on your transaction credit card the shipping amount to the value equal to that of regular mail Canada Post and any extra fee/cost for a signature for proof of return delivery.
